Procurement as a service

Procurement-as-a-Service is a business delivery model that combines Maybach Group companies’ knowledge, people, technology and processes to manage any and all elements of your procurement function.

Procurement-as-a-Service enables clients to leverage procurement excellence, plugging-in support precisely where and when it is needed.

We believe that the old model of procurement BPO doesn’t work. The new model needs to be flexible, dynamic and tailored to the precise needs of clients. The new model is KPO; Knowledge Process Outsourcing

Our view splits procurement into Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay. We believe the Purchase-to-Pay process is routine, systemised and should be automated as much as possible and should be kept in the control of the client. However the Source-to-Contract process is perfect for external delivery; Knowledge Process Outsourcing

We offer a range of PaaS services to support the exact requirements of our clients, including On-Demand, Sourcing-as-a-Service, ProSource Group Procurement, Resource Augmentation and Recruitment.

We run the entre process all the way from design and engineering to procurement negotiations and delivery of the final product. We work on behalf our clients to ensure we negotiate the best prices and we take full responsibility for the quality of the final product. We also can arrange to finance the equipment that we provide. We ensure delivery of new equipment and in line with our sustainability policies we also provide refurbished equipment.

Your challenges

Automation and the impact of Covid-19 are redefining businesses.

Advances in technology are enabling a new breed of industrial organisation to emerge. One that is using digital, automation, and innovation to build competitive advantage. The workforce behind these organizations is highly skilled, and the supply chain is critical and precise; built to be reliable, fast, flexible, and must be cost optimised.

At the same time, the impact of Covid has driven a renewed focus on supply chains; reversing a long-term trend of offshoring and refocusing on near-shoring and domestic sourcing whilst mitigating supply chain risk.
